The Eternal GU 195 natural gas water heater manufactured by Grand Hall which we purchased in and installed in August of 2012 has broken down well within the warrantee time frame in 2015.
The E27/E11 error codes that everyone is experiencing means the mixing valve needs to be replaced.
Grand Hall has thrown away all their parts according to the plumbing industry.
Grand Hall and its company Eternal Water Heaters does not answer their phone and has not provided any warrantee resolutions. We, the consumer, are left with the only option of replacing our new water heater.
We were told Grand Hall closed Eternal Water Heaters, threw away the parts and moved their company to Asia to avoid the law. They are currently avoiding warrantee obligations according to their authorized service companies.
After several attempts at getting it fixed by authorized service companies, not to mention flood damages, we would like the replacement cost to be covered under warrantee.
