I sent in $50.00 deposit for a vacation getaway.  Did not use the services and asked for refund.  Was told I would get a check in eight weeks for deposit.  That was 5/5/2014.  As of today 12/18/2014 no check.  Tried calling spent 1  hour on phone on hold.
