I used grand incentives to book a hotel because I was offered a 2 night stay andhad to redeem certificate through grand incentives. Your rerquired to pay a deposit which is refunded to you 8-10weeks after your stay, grant it you provide the proof from the hotel. It has been 6 months and still getting the run around. They will keep telling you all kinds of nonsense why they didnt mail it off and and accounting has been backed up for 2 weeks. This company is a complete rip off and I recommmend never using them for anything regardless if you are getting a deal. Its not worth the headache and customer service is rude.
