Grand Valley Funeral Homes ordered an item from our company. The product was shipped and delivered. Grand Valley Funeral Homes then claimed to their credit card company that the order was fraudulent. A call was place to Karlene. She explained that she was an owner, and that had this item been ordered and delivered she would know about, but further explained she knew nothing about it. About 10 minutes later I called and spoke with Bryce. Bryce knew all about receiving the product, and further explained that the product was in one of their hearse. Numerous calls have been made to Grand Valley Funeral Home in an attempt to collect payment, and still no payment.
