Grand Valley is a great place to live and raise a family, but the politics is appauling. The attorney runs this community and dictates his totalatarian authority through the general manager and a chosen group of board members. With the attorneys help they have been able to stack the board at every general election since the man was hired.  The last election was very questionable, with the help of the president of the board, at that time, he held back a certain proxy ballot until the end of the election. Resulting in the election of two members to the board that had clearly lost the election. The meeting minutes are usually not correct, eliminating key parts of the meeting. The majority of the board members do not have a clue to whats happening in the Valley. They rely on the GM, who definetly does not have a clue on how to operate and manage a POA type community. The biggest problem the Valley faces is the
