This business is run out of China ( does not disclose they are in China and no returns) and does NOT accept returns unless you pay the shipping cost. We recently purchased items for our grandchildren for Christmas and none worked!! When we emailed them they wanted us to pay the $40.00 shipping charge to return. TOTAL RIPOFF COMPANY!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
