Grandma's Gift shop , bestgrandmasgiftshop.com took 4 Weeks to deliver 1 out 3 things and was all in CHINESE!!

We ordered 3 items for our Grandchilds birthday. 

Needless to say not only did they not come in a timely manner (took 4 weeks and I emailed them weekly where are they!)

, only 1 out of the 3 toys came ..it came 4 weeks later and the bag was not only from CHINA

but when  we opened bag the toy  was completely in CHINESE! 

I wrote saying I wanteda fll refund,..they wrote back just ignoring that and said 

"please send us a picture and we will replace it or something of a simiar value free of charge"

I wrote back demanding a full refund and  not only did they ignore that now they said this!!!

We have two options for you to try and resolve this issue in a satisfactory manner as a return might be a very expensive option for you. We can offer you a partial refund of 10% refund as a customer service measure Or we can send you a replacement of the same or different model at 50% OFF (and you get to keep the product). Should you wish to proceed with the return for a full refund we can provide the return address and once we received it, full refund will be issue immediately.   But folks...returning a $25 item to china will of course cost me well over $40.00 and they know that. This company advertises on Facebook and instagram and is scamming everyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
