Grandview Las Vegas - Eldorado Resort Company Promised the World & all its Natural Wonders!!!!!! Las Vegas, Nevada

I agree with the several other people that have been taken by this company. I was promised the world, with free show tickets & also given a free limo ride back to the hotel.

I should have know their was something up when they load you onto a huge tour bus to take you to the resort. Resort was nice, but the saleperson was just bruttal. He was one of the floor managers doing sales because they were so busy. My wife & I were also promised free weeks, that you have use w/in the year & if you can book at another location. #1 location so you can trade for anyplace in the world, anytime, #2 no problems, bus leaves every 30 minutes to take you to the casinos, #3 don't worry about the finance rate, you can get your own mortgage when you get back to your home state, #4 they appreciate about, "at least" 10% a year and if you decide you don't want it, you just sell it for a nice profit, #5 Las Vegas is the hottest real estate market in the US, so the timeshare will be easy to sell anytime.

They cancelled the bus service to the casino district, so you have to take a taxi or drive your rental car and hope you can find parking. You CANNOT re-mortgage at a lower rate, none of the banks will even touch a timeshare. You cannot sell the timeshare, as no one will represent your property and they have dropped in value as there are people willing to GIVE THEM AWAY!!!!!!

It was a high pressure sales environment, with not taking no for an answer. Everytime we resisted, another person would come out & offer other incredible deals, until yes worn down after 4 1/2hrs we signed a deal. Come to find out when we got home the company is based in Florida, that alone should tell you something.

To all that have been taken by this company, if a class action lawsuit is the only way , then so be it & we are in!!!!!! I am done with these bogus timeshare deals, even if the offer is free.
