Grange Insurance Association Elton Belts Major Rip-off! They don't honor claims! Seattle Washington

My house burned 2001 still haven't settled claim. forced to hire attorney, out of pocket expenses total $100, did not honor policy loss of use coverage, i pay for rental expenses and sometimes was reimbursed 10 months later, however they have never reimbursed me in full, going broke going crazy and no one at Grange Insurance cares. Dont use Grange.

My home suffered major structural damage in attic fire, Dec 2001 Grange reps misrepresented the actual value of the damage and conspried with their consultants and engineers in misleading local building officials about the actual damage.

I have been forced to hire attorneys, engineers, and contrators to fight their inadequate repair of my home. I am currently out of pocket over $100,000 and displaced from my working ranch since 2001.

Grange sold me coverage that is worthless, than as an additional slap down, cancelled my policy shortly thereafter. I now pay $8000 dollars a year for forced insurance for fire damage on a unihabitable piece of junk. They attempted to force me to settle 3 months ago for pennies on the dollar but only if i stop litigation against for bad faith, tort, breech of contract, etc.

I said no and they thanked my by refusing to pay me anymore allocated loss of use payments that they owed me.. Great Insurance Co. 4th largest in the nation. 4 trillon dollars in assets... Yeah, people i tell my story to do not even believe this story but it is true and you can contact me anytime about it.
