 My name is Dianna & I am filing this rebuttal, in response to The Rip off Report, filed, the 13th day of May 2015, by Carol Tyler. Upon reading this Rip Off Report, I was both saddened & taken back, because I know these allegations are blatant lies & I also know that any/all content written on the internet, will be there permanently & forever. Jim & Carrie LePage & Bill Generalli are good decent people, they operate an honest business, that goes beyond , simply generating revenue. Granite Mountain Restoration, provides a service to the community & they truly care about their customers. They pay attention to detail & they strive to not only meet, but to exceed any/all expectations. I can speak about Granite Mountain Restoration & provide first hand information, as I met Jim & Carrie LePage, on October 8th, 2014, when my home was destroyed by a fire. I met Carrie LePage, just moments after my home caught fire, as Granite Mountain & other Restoration & Board up Companies receive notifications, in order to provide emergency assistance, if needed. I stood in the street, along with a couple dozen neighbor's, watching 14 years of memories & hard work, be destroyed in mere moments. Carrie LePage came out of the crowd & she stayed by my side, prayed with me & provided a huge source of comfort. I am eternally grateful that she was there for support. I chose to hire Granite Mountain Restoration, to rebuild my home & I am ecstatic to say, the project has just been completed, August 22nd 2015. They did a beautiful job, paid attention to detail & industry trends & the level of skill demonstrated during this build, exceeded all expectations. I would most definitely, recommend Granite Mountain Restoration, to other's who face fire/flood damage, because they've not only done a spectacular job rebuilding my home, they've also provided additional support. Granite Mountain works hand in hand, with Public Adjuster, Brown O'haver. Representing you & I, the home owners & our best interest, working with insurance companies & our insurance claims. Providing optimum results. So my experience with Granite Mountain Restoration, has been wonderful & they've done so much for me, that the least I can do, is inform the public that this Rip off Report is erroneous & slander. I've spoken to Jim & Carrie LePage about these accusations & although they admit the accusations are 100% false & slanderous, they know they run a good, honest & fair company & they are confident that this will speak louder, than rumors that can't even be validated.
