Grant Access Club Grant Access club sold me access to Grants for $1.95 then charged my bank card $58.61 and refuse to give me my money back Internet

This company as advertised online and in multiple emails to me as a way to get a Grant and pay off perosnla debt and start a Home Business. I checked the webite carefully for any hidden fees and fidning none figured i would give it a try and only lose $1.95 if i found no grants.

Little did i know that 7 days later they were going to charge my bank account for $58.61. When i called my bank to check on my account I found it to be overdrafted which i knew could not be right. Once my bank statement came i sawthe charge from Cheif of grants. i knew i did not do onaything with them only with Grant Access. So i called the number on my statement.

They refused to refund me the $58.61 stating it was in the terms and conditions. I told them i did not do anythignwith their company and they said "yes you did. We show $1.95 charge for instant access. You had 7 days to cancel or we were to charge you the $58.61. this is clear in our terms and conditions."

When i told them i paid the $1.95 to a differnt company they did not care. tehy said we are all linked. i told them the terms said nothign about the monthly charge and he became irrate and said yes it does. Why don't people read what they are buying?

Thing is, I DID read it! No where did i see the monthly charge. I went to the site today to cancel my "subscription" and can not even do that! The contact us link does not work! So now i am out the charge and i WILL dispute this with my bank.

They are preying on the people that are in debt and trying to look for a way out and are using the President as a way to lure the people in. BEWARE! They are a scam and will rip you off!
