I found this site to help get grants, they asked for $2.97 for shipping their paper work, I paid it and then a week later I was charged an additional $57.93.

This information was not on the site where you ask for the paper work to be mailed to you. When I called and complained, theyt refused a refund.

Normally, these additional fees are disclosed on a "Terms and Conditions" page that no one ever reads.

Also, this fee is MONTHLY and not just one time.

Make sure that you cancel the entire service which is worthless anyway. The government does not give grants to individuals expect for Pell Grants for college.
