Grant Funding Research Unauthorized charging of credit card Internet

In January '09, they charged my account for $69.95, using their name. This month they charged my account using another company! The same amount again. I didnt catch it in January, but did in February. When I try to call, this badly recorded message says your time is important to us, you can press 1 to leave a message then plays some cheap music. Pressing 1 does not work. Staying on hold only gets you disconnected. I filed a police report today, then went to my bank to file a fraud report. They charge you before you get the chance to even get their product. Then when you try to cancel, they do not cancel, keep on charging. Web site is not the same either.
