Grant Funding Search Scam that charges $74.85 to your bank account Henderson Nevada

I too fell victim to the Grant Funding Search. I was told I would be charged $2 for the shipping of a CD. When the charge appeared on my account for $74.85, I called the number provided. Kathleen, ext 1121, gave me the same insane speech that I had not read the "Terms and Conditions" and that my account would be charged this amount monthly. I explained that I had spoken to a representative and there were not terms and conditions listed. The representative had signed me up for another program and I already fought and received my refund from this program. They required cancellation within 30 days and I had called the following day telling them not to send anything to me. I told her that I was not only not going to pay this fee, or any other, monthly, but this company would refund my money. After gathering the name of the person I was talking to, her supervisor's name, the address of the company, and telling them that I would be reporting their company to all fraud agencies, including my bank, I was told that I would be issued a refund and was given a "Refund Confirmation Number" by the supervisor. I was also told that I would receive email confirmation of my refund and I would receive the refund in 3-5 business days. I have notified my bank and reported this as fraudulant activitiy. This unexpected charge also caused overdraft fees on my account. My bank has declared they will refund those to me once the refund has been credited to my account. I receive 20+ emails a day for other companies trying to scam me like this one. It looks as though I will have to close my account and start over. Be careful and never use this company for anything!!!
