Grant Funding Source Grant Funding Direct company is not honorable, Internet

I entered into a trial based verbal agreement with this company on 7/8.  I was considering continuing my education without using student loans.  I was debited $1.87 for the initial consultation and decided that I would not pursue my further education.  I cancelled in the appropriate manner and within the constrainst of the trial period on7/20. On 7/30, this company debited my account for $38.90 and I didn't even receive the guaranteed info in the mail. My intentions were honorable and theirs was not.  I want a refund of the unauthorized $38.90.
