Grant Help Center ordered grant cd, ordered a pain in the a&& On-line Internet

I ordered the grant cd from Grant Help Center. It was the 19th of Feb. when they took the 3.95 out of my account. It started to worry me when a week went by and I never received the cd.

So I went back and listened to my account transactions over the phone and heard something that made my heart fall to the floor. They took out 74.95 of my account.

Now I agreed to pay the 3.95 but never to the 74.95, which not only is expensive but also a monthly charge. So then I called the bank and they told me to go back on their website to cancel my membership. Well, I was never under the impression that this was something that I had to join to get this cd.

The cd was said to be free, all I had to pay was the shipping and handling. I tried to call these people twice. The first time the answering machine told me to leave my name and number and they would call back because of the high volume of calls. Which I didnt think of anything then because many places say they will call you back because of high volumes of calls.

But when they never called back I started to worry. I even sent them numerous emails. Nothing. Still I havent received the cd even after 2 1/2 weeks. I kept my end of the bargain and paid the 3.95. I feel this a breach of contract because I never received the cd.
