I paid for the $1.99 service to help get grants and they have charged my card 3 times one for $1.99 and the second was for this Erica Miller for $19.12 and the Third is $94.89. The last to were unauthorized on my card. I told the representative to cancel and she didn't on February 17th, 2009 when I called about the 19.12 charge. She and another gentlemen told me that I would not be charged anything else and I was charged 94.89 and now the link with the email address that they tell me to use does not work. This is an outrage and these people have to be stopped. They tell me that I can't have my refund until the 88 days are over or I can have a partial refund of 47.25 right now. I want the full refund because I didn't authorize the 94.89 to begin with. I am so mad that I never want to order anything elso off the internet again.

Then they tell me to to read the terms and conditions. When I signed up for the Cd there were no terms and conditions.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM THERE ARE REAL GRANTS OUT THERE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Unauthorized" charges

AUTHOR: Grantoneday Customer Relations - (U.S.A.)

We, in fact, did have our terms and conditions posted when you had submitted your application. You MUST agree to terms and conditions (by checking a box) before we can even process your application. We find it unfortunate you overlooked this. The charge of 19.12 was an option on the application form which you would have had to request. This is offered by a third party advertiser. We do apologize for any confusion regarding your account, however, we have tried to work with you by offering a settlment prior to the end of your evaluation period. If you have any further questions or comments please contact us directly.
