I ordered the free CD rom disc and paid 1.99 shipping. my understanding was i had 14 days to examine this before becoming a member. the disc was sent out 3/24/07. I have not received this CD as of 4/6/07.
today 4/6/07 this company charged to my credit card 49.99 as a monthly charge. I called them and they flatly refused to refund this money and said that there is nothing I can do about it and that they will be taking 49.99 each month.
My husband called back and this guy he talked to refused to even listen to us.
We are not interested in becoming a memeber since we did not get the CD. we were charged membership fees before we had the CD.
We are having our bank cancel this billing and also they are turning this company over to the investigative people who are going to inestigate this scamming company.

Well I called the number and asked for May. Apparently May does not exist or is hiding.
I talked to Cyrill (the first person I talked to last time that was rude to me) and I read the above message to him. at first he refused to return my money and kept asking me how I know "Jake". after 20 minutes he said a supervisor gave him the ok to refund my money.
He said it will take 2 to 5 days to get my money refunded to my bank account, well lo and behold it has been 9 days now and a guess what! NO REFUND!!
Another ploy perhaps?? Does this company ever tell the truth? Well Jake (if that is your real name) perhaps you need to get on Cyrill's butt and get my money back.
I will give you until tueday (4/23/07) to respond before taking further actions against your company.

If the rep was rude to you in anyway, please tell us his or her name, and they will be dealt with. You deserve to be treated with respect, you are our customer. Once again, please call us back for a refund at 1-866-407-1028.
This also applies to anyone else reading this report that may have been billed when they did not wish to use our services.
