I was contacted by phone that I would get a disc for only 3.97.This would help me find grant to help me with a business or for personal resons and I would not have to pay it back.So the fool that I 'am I agreed to the 3.97 and they would send me the disc.That was on the 21 os December.Then on Jan.5th 2007 I found a charge for 29.95 that I did not tell them to take out.So next I went to the internet and found out they where a rip off.So I called this morning Jan.5th 2007 to ask why.They said I had a fourteen day trial and was to cancel if I didnt want it.I do not recall that conversation.So now I will go to my bank and dipute this with them.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Deborah. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Deborah had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
I have located Deborah's account and the charges she is disputing have been fully refunded as of today.
