I ordered the Get Rich form Google and cancelled the very next day as I knew after reading the program details it was more that I cmmit to spending time to work on. He reassured me that my account would not be charges and I was only charges the $1.95 adn I ask hiom if I should send back the CD after I received it and he said there was no need. ANd on 3/13 I see that BSM Grant Search has now deducted $7.95 from my bank account. Which I am going to call the bank today and try and block that from my account so that they do not have this happen in April.

I would like to discuss Connie's concerns with her to insure that she is taken care of.

First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Connie obviously experienced. Connie, I was able to locate your account and have verified that it has been completely canceled at this time. I have also issued refunds for the charges that occurred after you contacted customer service. You can expect to see these funds back in the account that was charged within the next 3-5 business days. If you come back to read this and want to discuss your account please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 1-866-396-5695, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Standard Time.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
