Grant University - The grant program had withdrawn 69.95 out of my bank account with no authorization from me. Internet

I had requested some information through the internet on this government grant program for 1.95. About four days later, I find out they had taken out 69.95 that I certainly did not authorize.

I had contacted a phone number that was on the site and it was a recording. So then I had sent them an email asking for them to fix this mistake and all they did was cancel my membership which I had not even joined a membership these people.

Since June, I have not been able to reach any of these people or have this money refunded back to my bank. My bank had to pay out this money because I had only 3.00 in my account and unemployed at the time they pulled this little fiasco.

I want justice done to these people for what they are still putting me through. Still to this day, I have had a negative bank account because of these sorry people.Something needs to be done to this phony business or else they will keep on scamming until they are caught.
