Grant Writing Express The company granted me ULCERS Cheyenne Wyoming

I requested a CD (free) about Grant Writing available for only the shipping and handling charge of $3.95. That happened on 2/16/09 and I never received the CD.

However, when reviewing my Credit Card Account I discovered that GRANTS/NEWSPIN86696008 GRAPEVINE, TX had charged my account $29.95 on 3/01/09 and that HLD*GrantHelpOrder.com 888-662-8762 WY had charged my account $74.95.

Nothing in the original order mentioned nothing about anything except the FREE CD. So I called the 1-888-662-8762 number expecting to be connected to Grant Writing Express, but was answered by a lady advising me that she was not an employee of that company but was hired only to handle REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS. I asked her to cancel all of the aforementioned charges and she assured me that she would do that.

The only charge that was reversed was the $3.95.THEN I IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND HAD MY CARD DISCONTINUED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. THIS PREVENTED ANY FURTHER CHARGES.

I also wrote the FTC and described my experience. Haven't received a reply.
