Finally, some closer to this nightmare...

I called and called regularly, and would not take no for any reason.

I did file an affidavit with my bank, but it didn't even get processed yet. I let the company know I had filed, and that if I didn't get a refund prior to my bank taking action then I would simply let them handle it!

Last bit of helpful info for those of you waiting for your refunds...

Among the many addresses and numbers I have listed preciously, I have uncovered even more. This company does alot to stay 1 step ahead of itself by going through many different names etc...

**File with your bank immediately. Yes, you can get a letter in the mail offereing you a refund. But, I have yet to find 1 person who has received it. If you wait out the 60 days you may not be able to file your complaint at all.**

You will wait approx. 10 mins for an answer. At this time they will tell you that your refund has been processed then hang up on you with no further information.

The woman I spoke with was named Linda and she was incredibly rude.

I also contacte my Attorney General's Office for my state after noting on ripoffreport.com that 3 other states were already actively persuing this company.

The other number where you can get someone on the phone between 8-6 Mountain Time is 1-866-416-0639 (You will recieve a message that states they are closed for the 12:00 hour, even at 9 in the morning, but you should be able to get through)

As I stated earlier, I called to cancel immediately after I came to my senses and was told that I was not in the system and that everything would be fine. Wrong, wrong, wrong!

I was charged by several other companies, who even played back a recording of me answering yes to services that WERE NEVER MENTIONED durring the call. Because I didn't know these services were even involved I couldn't cancel within a timely fashion.

You need to call all these people and cancel immedately. The Supervisor I spoke with was named Jacky WIlliams. I have spoken with operators, Carol, Penny, and LaShondra. They have agreed to mail a dispute letter to my home within 3-5 bus. days. They claim that they will issue a full refund. For all companies, I won't exactly hold my breath but, I will post here if anything comes of it.

I did conact my bank and will be filing to dispute the drafts from my account. Nothing will hapen as fast as the whole process.

These companies even played back my recording agreeing to these services. I had to explain to them in detail about the way I was coerced into agreement and that the voice other than mine on te recording was not the one I heard, nor were the promotional packages anything related to the conversation.

I hope I am helpful to somebody going through this. IF not at least I have a place to vent my frustration!

I thought I had it all settled, but they got me from my bank account, not once but twice. Any advice? Is there anything I can do? These people took my rent money and I'll be in a shelter within a month if I can't get that money back.
