GrantConsultant 7 day trial SCAM Pleasent Grove Utah

Hello to everyone out there. Let me first start by saying this. I'm not such a great writer so excuse me if this report doesnt look great or professional.
I just have a complaint I have to get out to the public the best way I know how.

This company I'm reporting about is a ripoff in my opinion. Let me explain this best I can on what happened to me. I intialy signed up with this program online through another website as a special offer on a 7 day trial basis, in which this company suppose to send me a CD with information about applying for a Government Grant for a home based business. I didnt get that CD until 8 days later. I popped the CD in on the 9th day. After reveiwing the CD I already could see that this company didnt have the information I was looking for, but the CD requested that I sign onto the website because there was more information there. So of course, thats what I did all on that same 9th day.

After going through the website, I still didnt see what I was looking for and I could see this company wasnt going to be able to help me, so I decided I would cancel this program. In the interum of all this, I seen a charge in my Bank account for $57.31 from some other company unknown to me named SWM/ELITE NREBC which I decided to call up to find out who they were and what I was being charged for. I made that call on the 10th day. And guess what?. It was the same company this report is about. They charged me prior to me even getting the CD or signing onto the website. When I explained to them that I didnt get the CD till 8 days later, their claim is that the 7 day trial started from my intial sign up date.

But wait, heres the crazy part. How could the trial period start on the intial sign up date when I didnt even know anything about a website or how to reach them for any help or consulting to begin with. I didnt know anything about a website until I got the CD. Which conveinently to them was after the 7 days. The worse part of the whole thing is, they wouldnt even refund my funds after I explained all of that to them.
Hmm, Lets look at this;
You sign up for 7 day trial
You dont get CD till 8th day(conveinent to them)
They charge you under a different company name before you get the CD(conveinent to them)
The CD has the website name on it(conveinent to them)
Its $57.31 for little info which to me was completely useless(conveinent to them)
You cant get a refund(conveinent to them)
Now is that a scam or what.(inconveinent to me)
Win Win situation for them!

So if you're looking to get a Grant of any kind, I strongly recommend that you look out and stay away from these 2 Names (GrantConsultant) or (SWM/ELITE NREBC). Their website: www.grantconsultant.com. In my personal opinion their a scam and their website has very little to offer to boot.

I'm sure I probably left something out, but I think you get the picture on whats going on here. (BIG RIPOFF)
