It was a 7 day free trail which is all in intended to use to begin with because i wanted to check out the site that. In the terms and agreements it says to cancel you have to call the 1-800 number that is on your billing statement so that's the number I called. I started calling after 3 days of using.

When I was trying to call no one ever answered the phones. I would stay on the line 4 30 to 45 minutes. I do not have all day to sit there with the phone in my hand waiting. After several days and after THEY CHARGED ME $58 for membership I finally got a hold of them one day after waiting on the phone for 1 hour and 10 minutes!

I told the lady I had been trying to cancel since the 3rd day but they were not answering the phone. I told her how long I was waiting. She said that i must have been calling when they were closed. I told her I called all throughout the days and never got any one. She told me they were closed on the weekends etc that all she could do was cancel.

She told me I could have left a message on the voicemail. Well, even at the times when I called on Saturday and Sunday I was on hold for 45 minutes and I never once heard a voicemail. She said yes there is, people are checking them as we speak. NO, There was not! Was just a recording that said your call is very important to us.. please hold till the next available person.. your call will be answered in the order it is recieved. The same recording every time I called. And she said she had 16 people working there..

TOld her it was not right for me to be charged when they would not answer the phone. She was continuously rude. Kept making it seem like I was lying. She told me there was several ways to cancel and that its my fault. The terms and agreements said one way and that is the way i tried.

After finally cancelling it she sent an email to me with the terms and agreements like I was stupid and lying to her but in what she sent me it still only had one way to cancel and that was calling the number i called!!

I was still charged. I honestly believe they did that on purpose to make more money. There is no reason a person should have to wait on the phone for over a hour and if they are having that big of a call load seems like some one, a real person would come on the line after a while so you know that it is legit!
