I have been double charged for over $38 in the same day for something I have never heard of. As soon as I got the money returned from this I found a charge of $72.21 out of my bank account from another business I have never heard of. I spoke to a representative from BlazingKeywords on the 25th of June and was told I would have my membership canceled. Membership?! I never registered for this. I was told it would be 7-14 business days until I would get my money back into my account. Today is the fourteenth day and I have filed a claim against this company. My bank made me talk to this company and it was not a productive conversation telling me I spoke to someone about returning my money June 29th so it won't be until the 17th of July . Why should we have to wait for our money to be put back into our accounts when we never joined these companies? Yes, there should be a lawsuit against these companies. I am very scared to think they got all my personal information when I have never given it. I was told I had signed up for a free trial of some kind for grants and there had not been a case of fraud. I already receive grants through FAFSA and do not need information about grants and have no reason to inquire. WOW! This type of thing has to stop. My bank didn't sound very helpful about this and said "they said your money has been returned and even though they said 7-14 businessd days they can take up to 30 days to return yor money." Who is going to pay my late fees if I have to pay a couple bills late? What about my credit rating? The bank? BlazingKeywords? They took my bill money which has due dates that won't wait for whenever they get to returning my money. They should be proscuted for stealing from people. How are they getting ahold of our personal information and who is giving it to them? My guess is it has to be an organization we have given our bank account numbers to that has given this to them without authorization.
