Granton Marketing, Dsmax, Roma Promotions ripoff - ex-employee of 4 months - my experience Nashville Tennessee

Ok, well first off I was an employee in a Nashville office, they named it roma promotins based on their favorite movie Boiler Room! You know the one about the bs stock brokers.

if you dont understand why its because the whole business runs on technicalities, oh and hopes of a 1-10 ratio of sales, they preach be malicious tell the customer what they want to hear, you know over act the part. Flip everything to benefit yourself,
but ya the way they pay people is NOT illegal, they do NOT have to provide fringe benefits, or other money to replace what you spend on gas, food, hotel rooms, mileage.

If you are being picky about a job you need to wake up and realize, your grown, your boss is not your mommy or daddy, they are there to make money, just like you are. in fact how many bosses will let you live with them. I never had too but I Know many that did, but ya i worked there for a while and there were some good ppl there including Chris, James, Josh, Selita, Ian, Derrick, and about 10 others most came from the west virginia office DS-MAX, we specialized in the vouchers for pizza places, muffler shops, sub shops, you know, this is just one style of business they do, as a matter of fact I only found 1 site on the net that was for real, but it was a page trying to draw in more clients for that product. I ended up leaving because i had worked about 4 months in the "juice" pyramid. when i was approaching leader or rhino if your familiar. Well anyway during the time i had worked there I became friends with some of the people 2 of which had followed the owner Dave across the country numerous times within 2 years, saying "I've been so close to promotion so many times but my team NEVER stays in tact" One had given up college for this. Yes most of the people there did have a record but nothing too serious. They are business savy and know that the government's system has loopholes. Unfortunately they didn't think about anything else like the people they decieved. And there for a while they encouraged me to quit, because I always questioned their moral standpoint, to myself, but im sure they picked up, especially after sending me to places where i couldn't make any sales because it was an all business area, or the ghetto where noone had money and most of them would just as soon jack you. None the less I toughed it out, and made it to rhino. Well my first day as rhino they sent a guy out with me, typical right. They have cheat sheets they give out to rhino's to coach them through the interview, and yes you do pay your interns out of your own pocket for the first 2 days. He started asking me questions and sorry Im an honest person at least i try to be but i told him the truth , not some distorted blown up, fake lifestyle image. Work hard and you will see progress. Sorry, but not too many jobs pay 150 bucks a day on average. in todays job market your lucky to make 100 a day with a degree. Just like anywhere. The owner called a meeting just for me, to chew me out for telling the truth to a prospective employee. They said do it this way or quit, I quit. Mainly because I would have to go against my own morals to express their interests and it wasn't worth it too me, I try to be a stand up guy. Within two weeks they shut the doors and were gone. so ya its a fly by night outfit, so dont expect great things from them, its a way to make money, period. So in short all in all the people are good, but are decieved in to thinking its easy. Which it isn't. because they expect you to do all the group things nightly and daily, goin to dinner, partying, going bowling, goin home at 11 pm and getting up at 9 am to go back to work. I guess I never really was a follower, but ya it's all business, leave your emotions and morals at the door. For some people that have nothing and noone it can be a good move, but be prepared to lay in your bed after it's made. Definately not a good move for family oriented people.

Like everything the system has its pro's and con's. you have to make your own choices. I never met the real owners, but they are the inventors of the system, they are the crooked ones, they just convinced all these other people to follow them. And, in truth what i dont get is why good-standing companies continue to do business with these con-artists (truth again). If you really want to stop these people the best thing to do would be protest their clients until they drop granton marketing from their circle,
