Grants For You Now Charged me $94.98 after I cancelled - Rip Off!! Internet

In the first week of January 2009, I decided to try Grants For You. I was hoping to find some financial help. I figured $1.99 was not bad to get the "free" cd. Apparently, when I signed up, I also signed up for a Google Profits??!! I was charged $19.12 for that. The Grant site was awful and was not helpful at all. I decided to cancel both within minutes of making the transaction. I emailed the company immediately and requested a cancellation and a refund for both.

I got the $19.12 within days, but still no $1.99 or even the cd kit. Today I find a charge to my bank for $94.98. I called the number provided to find out it was from Grants For You, and was told that I never cancelled. I was then informed that they would cancel today, but that I would have to email support@grantmemberservices.com to request the refund. Customer service does not handle these matters.

I email them right away, then call Grants For You back to be sure I can get this taken care of today. The operator argued with me about how I cancelled today and that he is not sure if I will get the refund. I asked for a phone number to billing so that I may speak to someone right away. Then tells me there is no phone number for them, that I have to wait for them to get back to me. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, he tells me he is a supervisor and this is does not concern him, that he has other customers to get to, and I am waisting his time.

He did offer to put me on hold for a while and he could pick up the line again to make me feel like I am getting something, but that I would have to wait for billing to get back to me if I wanted any more assistance. Who knows when that will be, or if I will ever get my money back!!!
