Grants Now USA BEWARE of Grants Now USA! They miss lead you! Internet

If you are looking for funding for a small business, stay away from Grants Now USA.  They will tell you that there is money out there for you and that it is "free" and you do not have to pay it back.

They take a very long time in helping you set up your business plan and application.  They tell you they will do it for you and they don't.  They tell you they will walk you through the grant finding process, they don't.  After several weeks of doing these thing by yourself, you will wonder why I paid $350.00 for this.

The only money out there is for research, agriculture, science etc. business' if you qualify.  You have to be doing the work that the grant wants you to do.  You can't have a start-up business and get any money to help like they tell you in the beginning.

Yes, you can apply for SBA loans, but you have to pay those back and if any of you have gone down the road of SBA loans, you know that is a big mess and they control you for years.

I went through the steps, they took a very long time.  I stated I was worried about my 90 window to get a refund.  They said not to worry, they would extend it.  I finally got the forms from them, I sent them in.  The letter came back from a grant I applied to and it was return to sender.  They no longer existed.  I called them and they said they gave me the wrong address and to try a new one.  I was also assured that they were not trying to delay my claim to a refund.  I faxed and emailed a copy of the envelope, my 2 page application and a note written on the letter stating they were no longer an SBA company.  Grants Now said this did not qualify as a denial letter.  How could it if they do not exist!

That letter came back as well and that I was not approved for the grant.  They gave me 2 other forms to apply to, but I did not qualify for those.  I contacted Grants Now USA again and there response was my 90 days had expired.

I have since sent the email in like this one explaining what I did, no response.  I called several times, 90 expired.  I told them it only expired due to them pushing me to keep trying and my expiration period would be extended.  It is now September 2nd, I finally got a guy to tell me of the person to contact and he would not be in until tomorrow.

These people are scammers!  Avoid them at all costs!  I just want my $350.00 back.  I tried the system and it does not work for my situation.  They lead me to believe it would, but they lied!
