Graphix Sign Co Q Graphix unlicensed contractor doing illegal work El Centro California

 Graphix Sign Co is unfair competition, they are an Unlicensed Contractor and in the state of California its a misdemeanor to do signage work without an active Contractors License.  They are ripping off licensed sign companies like myself, Sign Factory and they are ripping off the cities in Imperial County, the state of California and Federal government by not paying state license fees, not paying city permit fees and not paying federal taxes for workers comp insurance and by not beign bonded.  Graphix evades city, state and federal taxes and they should be shut down and serve jail time of the multiple misdemeanors the commit.  I have pictures of them as proof.
