Grasscity.com is a scam website. Back in 2006 it was a real website that operated pretty decently, but in early 2007 it was bought by a Chinese company, ChineVenture and turned into a scam website. They do not actually have any products, but instead keep the payment as it was sent overseas, and the consumer is not protected. Their workers go around on the internet and try to fix their reputation by suggesting that distrought consumes are fake. They are indeed the fake ones.
No matter what country you are in, do not purchase from Grasscity.com
They have been reported to the infamous hacking group, Anonymous, which plans to take them offline pretty soon, protecting you and future people from loosing their money.

That's ridiculous. You can talk to the owner himself on the forums, and I can assure you that GrassCity is not a scam site.
I have ordered from them twice with no problems at all. There are tons of threads on their forums from satisfied customers.
Sure, there are a few from unsatisfied customers too. Usually about a product not shipping fast enough or a slow response time from customer service, but happy customers far outweigh unhappy customers.
I don't know where you got your info that they were a scam site, but it's 100% incorrect.
