Grassroots.org is a non-profit organization that claims to help non-profits.  Truth is, they only help non-profits that are registered with the government as in tax deductible non-profits.  This is discrimination.

They claim that they do so only to make sure that the non-profit is a non-profit.  That is a total lie because it's extremely simple to determine if a non-profit is a non-profit.  I'm looking to get my non-profit a website which is a service grassroots.org provides. They would know what's on the website to know if its a non-profit or not.  So grassroots.org lies as well and misleads the public.

Most charities and organizations address only the effects of problems in society. For example, feeding hungry kids, homelessness, and disease while completely ignoring the cause.  What these organization are doing is getting all the people in the world to donate to clean up after the effects of the most evil groups and organizations on the planet by helping them rape the planet for longer periods of time.  This creates irresponsibility on part of the multi-national corporations, banking industry, and governments of the world by making other people responsible for the damage their interests cause.

My non-profit is about the cause of all of these problems.  It is an awareness type non-profit that educates people about how the ego caused every single problem on the planet and the solution to that problem in order to solve world problems at the source of the problem.  The collective ego from all people all over the globe is the cause of all problems from disease, hunger, corruption, wars, homelessness, crime, family problems, and more!

The principals that back my non-profit is the laws of love.  Accepting tax deductible donations is not a loving thing to do because that is not giving.  That is channeling.  Giving money to a charity so that you deduct money off of your taxes, money that was never yours to begin with, is an illusion of giving.  It is not loving to support an illusion.  How can you create a loving world with a non-profit that compromises the laws of love?  A gift without expecting anything in return is an act of love, but deducting a donation off of your taxes is not a loving act. So how can I run a non-profit that is hypocritical to the principals that it is teaching others?

My non-profit can be run mostly by one person with the help of approximately two volunteers.  It is only a website.  If I had to register with the government I would have to hire an attourney and an accountant which means it would cost me many more times the normal cost to run the non-profit just to keep track of everything and register unnecessary fees that accomplish nothing positive.

Although our government claims that people are innocent until proven guilty it operates upon the premise that everyone is a criminal until the suspect proves that they are innocent.  This  operating principal is based in fear and not love.  Love trusts.  Fear worries and doubts.  If you want to create change toward a loving world you cannot operate in fear based ways and it is fear that is the opposite of love.  And grassroots.org operates in fear because they will not even remotely consider helping my cause due to what they claim is fear that I'm not a non-profit which is a smoke-screen for discrimination for any non-profit that would operate on the ideas of love and cause powerful transformation on the world.

A paragraph from grassroots.org Grassroots.org has helped over 4,469 nonprofit organizations since 2003 and given communities the means necessary to achieve goals such as preventing cancer, providing after-school programs, and alleviating homelessness. These are all addressing the effects of the ego, not the cause. Your contribution helps these organizations expand and thrive, catalyzing positive social change. Charities and non-profits have been around for a long time and problems keep getting worse due to not addressing the problem.  Because of this grassroots.org supports evil only through its discrimination process.

I have emailed grassroots.org about all of this and their response was no response.  No response means that they do not care about real social change.

Nonprofit or Not a Nonprofit

AUTHOR: Grassroots Staff - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2012

I appreciate the person who filed this report and for their willingness to help their community in New York.  We did not discriminate against this person, their efforts or organization.  We are following our own organizational By-Laws and Operating Procedures.  Our application for Grassroots.org membership clearly states that you must be a 501c-3 nonprofit (you need to upload a copy of the IRS declaration form as part of the application) to become a member and receive our free tools.

Grassroots.org is a IRS 501c-3 nonprofit organization that helps other qualified 501c-3 nonprofit organizations with free technology tools and services ($10,000 in value) that are in most cases donated to us by for-profit businesses, volunteers and foundations.

We only work with organizations that have gone through the IRS process and have been awarded  501c-3 status so that we know that they are a legitimate operating nonprofit corporation, have organizational oversight and governance from an active board of directors, have a paid and/or volunteer staff and have charitable programs that are actually benefiting their community.

Our hope is that this individual and their organization will take the appropriate IRS steps so that they will be able to receive all the benefits of a 501c-3 nonprofit as well as becoming a Grassroots.org member and accessing our free tools.

Thank you - Grassroots.org Management

Discrimination?

They would know what's on the website to know if its a non-profit or not.
- Your right every time I look at a web page I know it must be true.  After all it wasn't until I read on the Internet that Elvis was alive, that I believed it.

If you looked at what you are claiming you would realize how silly it is.  Whether or not you have good intentions,  There are hundreds if not thousands of people who would try to scam organizations and people claiming they are "non-profit".  Unfortunately with no "Checks and Balances" it would be too easy for these people to just take the money and run.

You claim that accepting Tax Deductible Donations is not love it is channeling.  Okay so find people who want to give you money even though they don't get a tax deduction and start your own web site.

Heck I'd almost give you $5 toward your web site to hear your theory on how the human ego is the cause of cancer.  It's cheaper than a movie and probably more entertaining.   Umm..on second thought we already have enough nuts on this site to keep us entertained.
