On January 8, 2008 I received a scale that was severely damaged. I attempted to contact the company at the number listed on their website (773) 354-4124 and I was ever able to reach a person or leave a message. I only got a recording telling me that the mailbox was full. Within one hour I contacted the company via email, and explained my problem. Within twenty-four hours I received an email from Judy Rose apologizing for the damage, and was told that another one would be shipped. It is now SIX MONTHS LATER and I have received neither a replacement or refund. Every time I contact them (via email of course) Judy Rose assures me that I will get my money back, but it hasn't happened yet. This company sucks (for lack of a better word) and I will never purchase another item from them.

I've seen your feedback and can assure you that If Judy promised you a refund that she followed through. And in fact it would have been me, that screwed this up and never took care of it properly.
