 I placed an order with GraveyardMall.com on 4/4/13 for a total of $16.98, and was charged on that same day. The order was for 9 pair of women's branded sunglasses. I did not recieve them until 4/29/13 and when I received them 1 pair was damaged and the others were not as described. They were to be women's sunglasses and looked more like kids/teen sunglasses.

I contacted Graveyardmall.com via email to let them know I was returning the items, and received and response back from Nicole Adams stating that they were sorry and that they would refund my money once the sunglasses were received back to them. I also recieved a Return Authorization number. I mailed all of the sunglasses back via USPS at my cost and did have a confirmation of GraveyardMall.com receiving the return on 5/3/13. I still have not received my refund.

I have called the customer service phone number twice and left messages both times. I also emailed customer service several times, but the emails come back to me as undeliverable. I also found a phone number to the owner of the company on Ripoffreport.com and left a message at that number with no call back. Their website has also been taken down. I have no idea what else to do. Not only did I pay $16.98, but am now out of pocket another $5.75 for the return shipping. I have also filed with BBB in hopes that this will be resolved. I highly recommend that you NOT buy from this company.
