Grazina failed to maintain the home the entire time she owned it. The basement is extremely moldy and is estimated to cost tens of thousands of dollars to remove. The roof leaked for months without repair. Mold has spread throughout the home. Basement is definately the worst.

Fireplace leaks when it rains. Shower in bath on main floor leaks into basement.

Critters live under the shed and in the south side of the home.
