This company GRC is tricking SAM vendors into thinking they (GRC) processed their SAM registrations in the past when they know they did not. They are literally only months old. I have checked. They send out SPAM emails that say say "We are processing your SAM please call you have changes your password, call us to update so we can ensure compliance", then they take control of the registration by ouright deceit. Almost fell for it . Everyone should beware. The company's SAM registration was jjust completed and then got this email which fraudulently identified themselves as the one processing the SAM registration asking for password information.
Here is the email they are using to trick unsuspecting SAM vendors. This was sent even though the SAM registration was ALREADY completed!

An ouright Fraud Tactic. Beware . have call down to Florida and reported them with the Florida Department of Agriculture which issues Telemarketing Licenses, which they do not have. Hopefully they will be raided soon and shut down. Have also reported them the the officials in Washington with SAM.gov, GSA, Inspector Generals Offcice as well as the F.T.C.

Beware!
Sending out "ACTION NEEDED" emails as an unlicensed telemarketer and lying to trick SAM vendors into calling them to process registrations that have already been completed. Been reported to SPAM Haus, Federal and State of Florida authorites. Consider yourself alerted. Advise is to Stay Away! See email example below they are using. They sent this and the company already had their SAM registration completed beofre receiving this. It lies and says they (GRC) is processing the SAM please call, how can they be processing something that they dont and never had the password too or that has already been processed and completed. What a scam.
