I receieved an email from the GREAT AMERICAN PHOTO CONTEST asking for photo's to be published. Since I had just had a new baby I entered. A week or so later I received another email stating that my child had won the contest and his photo was going to be published in a keepsake coffee table book. Excited, I purchased one. The date of purchase was 7/31/09. Receipt Reference Number: 42F64105-4A728492-485-11E6D8. I also purchased a photo frame with the GREAT AMERICAN LOGO on it on 9/1/09 and did receieve that. I have emailed this company several times asking for my book or my money back with no responses and to no avail. That keepsake book was 90 dollars!!! With no way of contacting customer service I have no way of knowing anything...PLEASE HELP!!!!
It is now almost january 2010 and I still have no book or photos to show for this contest.
