BUTCHERS, THIEVES, LIARS, and CROOKS!
My WORST experience with any business - EVER.
BUTCHERS: Mine was a very simple move, but they were still able to put NUMEROUS gouges and scrapes in an expensive wood bed AND leather sofa.
THIEVES: One employee took some of my things, which they ADMITTED.
LIES: Six months of broken promises and lies has followed.
CROOKS: An utter lack of follow-through, an endless stream of lies, Dispatch Manager Tony Gonzalez From Hell with the Worst Customer Serviceand an owner who can't communicate very well. They will lie to you and ignore you until (they hope) you eventually just go away. The BBB didn't help (oh, almost forgot - that "BBB" logo on Great American Website has Been REVOKED, they have lost their accreditation thru the BBB, Just to show you what a Crooked company Great American Van Lines, inc, In Davie, Fl is ? They have no BBB accreditation!). They will give you a low price to earn your business and I promise you they will double charge you, I guarantee it. Do your self a favor please, DO NOT USE GREAT AMERICAN VAN LINES, INC. IN DAVIE, FL. I look forward to pursuing this in small claims court - dealing with the court system actually sounds pleasant compared to the disgusting experience that dealing with Great American Van Lines, Inc. has been.

NOBODY COULD BE THAT ANGRY IN AN ATTEMPT AT A FAKE BASHING!
NEVERTHELESS, GREAT AMERICAN VAN LINES HAS MORE THAN A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF OTHER TRUE, HORRENDOUS COMPLAINTS! IF THEY BELIEVED THOSE COMPLAINTS ARE BOGUS, THEY WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE AT LEAST 99% OF THEIR REVIEWS!
