This company is not honest and quoted us at 3500 but after they had our good raised the price to 7000. They also held our goods hostage and would not release them until we paid.
Now we have to waist our time filing claim and going after them criminal. I will make sure I give them the $4000 worth of trouble for the $4000 they have ripped me off.
I understand that they have to give low quotes to get business but come on an extra $4000, if you ripped me off 1 or 2k no big deal, it would not be worth my effort but 4000 really. That is gusty and the type of things that get you in trouble with the law.
Bad business practice, you can do it in moderation but don't get greedy.

We have attempted to resolve the issue with the shipper but unfortunately the shipper in which items have been delivered conducted a chargeback to his credit card in the amount of $4172, which is more than the refunded amount that has been processed of 3674.67, we have stop the refund process due to the chargeback that we are currently working on, and once the chargeback clears a check will be issued. The customer refused to work directly with us in which we have turned the information to our legal department for proper handling. The shipper was due for a refund of $3674.67 in which we have processed. After receiving a call from our merchant regarding the $4172 charge back we paused the process until the chargeback is resolved. Customer refuses to work directly with us and we have tried several times to contact the customer regarding their refund.
