Great Atlantic Warranty Inc. I was out and out LIED to when purchasing my policy. They only covered 2 out of 14 repairs I needed done on my car. I want my $572 refunded IMMEDIATELY that I'm out. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, along with writing the attorney general. I've called numerous times and NOBODY will answer the phone. They say they are busy with other customers. Well it's no wonder. Boca Raton Florida

I purchased my policy on 8/3/07. After 3 separate conversations with the gentleman that sold me my policy, I was told the policy would cover absolutely everything, bumper to bumper. He said everything, with the exception of general maintenance repairs, would be covered. What a complete lie that was. When I took my car in to have it repaired they would only cover 2 of the 14 things I needed fixed. They paid $969.98 and I had over $4200 out of my own pocket. I am waaaaaay beyond upset. I have added up my downpayment, along with the monthly payments I have already had debited from my account and I want a refund of $572 sent to me immediately OR I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, along writing the Attorney General. But I will get my money back. I don't appreciate someone trying to rip me off and misrepresenting their company. I have tried calling their # (888)-858-8448 numerous times, but every time I call, the recording says they are busy with other customers. That message comes on for about 5 continous minutes and then they tell you to either leave a message or call back. When you call back the whole thing starts over. What a total JOKE this company is, if it is even a real company. I have never, in 54 years, done anything like this, but at some point in time, somebody has to start being liable for their actions of misrepresentation. I think the most appalling thing that happened, is when I called back in to the company after my service manager called me to tell me what they WEREN'T going to do. When I called in, the person that sold me the policy wasn't available, so I got this other moron, who proceeded to make the comment to me, while laughing at the same time, when he said, well maam-----he's a salesman!! I told him I've been in sales for the past 32 years and owned my own business for the past 11 and I would NEVER treat any of my candidates or clients, in this manner. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!!! I'd love a contract lawyer to contact me!!!
