I do not know what came over me, or why I said what I said. I wish to apologize to Howard and The Great Estate Roadshow. I was just venting and targeted this great company. I hope the rant on here has caused no harm.

If there was a way to remove this off of here, I would do it in a heart beat.

This disgruntled, well paid, former employee was probably terminated and just writing a sour grapes opinion, of our successful company. First and foremost we care about our customers, we are here to provide an honest and helpful service, for those people who wish to sell their valuables.  We are not in the business to deceive or rip off the public. We are proud of the fact that Great Estate Roadshow pays the most, in the industry. We have been secret shopped many times, by the media and have almost always been the company that pays the highest, usually much more than all of the local stores. Our company buys all types of collectables, gold, silver and diamonds. We do, of course, melt items down that do NOT have a premium value, as do most companies, that is just what makes the most sense to do. We do resell items of value, the more collectable and rarer items, again, as do most other companies. We have a great staff of highly trained buyers, who pay the most, in the industry. They are trained not only to be competent buyers, but more importantly to be a compassionate and knowledgable buyer, as well. They are there to answer any questions or concerns the seller has. Our company hopes a posting, by a disgruntled former employee, such as this, should be ignored and not given any merit. Please, we encourage the buyer, go shop your items, bring them to one of our shows and decide for yourself. We want you to get the best possible price for your valuables, we encourage you to go to as many shows, as you see fit and then please come to us, you won't be disappointed. Our company pays the most, on diamonds, coins, high end watches and any other valuables you might find, in your home.
