In the last half hour of the, before closing. Great Expectations ,hard sold me a memebership to the sigle best rip-off I had ever been taken for in my intire life. All $5,978.56, plus $450.00 additional for photos.
They showed me pretty woman, they claimed were members and were availble. My age catagory, plus a list of promises that included, using offices in different states. A short three day revealed a different story, as to the real truth and to the facts about the reality.
Women that were well in the upper 50's to there 60's, a few young gals. Not much, they were very deceptive with there profile cards. The women didn't even exzist, or they had changed so dramatically. You couldn't recognize them. They were not available to date at all.
I was pissed! Then to top it off. My work shipped me out of the country to work oversea's for three years. When I went to GE an explained my situation. They said sorry, No refund. This all happened inside of eight days.
These woman are proffesionials, they tell you what you want to hear and show you what to see. It is a big set-up. So I recommend you check it out very well and see everybody on the computers and there program, before you give them a red cent. They con'ed me and I was stupid! I feel for it, Hook-line-sinker!

I tried to reverse the charge for the down payment on my Visa and they told Visa that I had been using there services for months. Well the Visa board caught them in a Lie!! Visa and My Credit Union has documented everyting since the very begining and I noted where they were lying and they caught it,(VISA). So with any luck, Visa will reverse my billing. If there are any Lawyers out there with any gutts! It sure would be nice if you would stand up for the people getting ripped-off by Great Expectations and hammer them hard and stamp them out for good!
I might add, that if you get in this position, they sell off the finance package to a separate finance house, to buy out the contract, of us who have good credit, in less than 3 days. So they don't have to deal with YOU again, the consumer. Even if they back out the charge to Visa, I or you, may still be liable to whom ever bought out the contract! I am currently under Legal Representation. Great Expectation and there staff of people have a set agenda! The Steal...BEWARE !!!
