Guy is exactly right (see his report #347958) dated 7/6/2008. I'll join him in a class action suit against this company if he likes.

Read Mary's report on the Denver office of Great Expectations. She was able to settle out of court and get her money back using the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. ( and an attorney, and witness ) but it can be done.
