The op clearly stated that the scam artists came to her door in August 2005, and she had not received her magizine in February 2006. In your pitiful excuse for a rebuttal you stated that the receipt shows 120 days. In most parts of the country (maybe not in Georgia) 120 days equals 4 months.

It has been 5-6 months (depending upon when in August the "college students" suckered her into buying). She has every right to complain, and these girls, along with anyone else associated with this "company" deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

It states very clearly in many different places that delivery is within 120 days. So next time read before you just sign and order something.

Also they may have said that they were doing this for college but come on are you that naive. If there were two dogs standing at your feet and one peed on your leg would you kick the other one? There are alot of honest door to door salespeople that do the business correctly like myself.

Next time why don't you ask a few more questions about there supossed college or better yet log on to the website americancashaward.com where you can also plainly read IT IS NOT FOR COLLEGE,NON PROFIT or any scholarship oppurtunities. My mother recieves over 20 different magazines I have sent her. It's not a rip off you should have been a more informed consumer.
