The sales person will answer all your questions and tell you what you want to hear on the phone just to get you to place an order and pay $2000 for your product.  But once you pay, you are in for a world of hurt, pain, frustration, stress, and hours on the phone to get them to do what they said they would do before you place an order.

Visa and Mastercard Policies clearly state they must post their refund policy, warranty policy, cancellation policy, shipping policy on their website.  This page is so 1-sided and in a total 100% favor of the company Great Sports, Inc., that you should think twice before you buy fromn them:


This page basically states this:

1.  Damage during shipping:  Inspect the product before accepting delivery or signing the delivery papers.  They tell you to never refuse delivery.  Do not call them for help, they will not care.  You will have to call the shipping company and it will take you months to get the product fixed or replaced, so good luck.  And i do not think anyone would ever want to go through that experience, EVER!  SO GOOD LUCK! YOU ARE SCREWED AND ON YOUR OWN!

2.  If you try to cancel the order, they will not allow you to cancel the order if it was not shipped.  if they let you cancel, they will charge you a 30% cancel fee, which is rediculous and outrageous if you pay them $2000 for a go kart.  if you cancel after the item has already shipped, they will charge you a 30% cancel fee + the shipping and freight costs.  SO GOOD LUCK AGAIN! YOU ARE SCREWED AND ON YOUR OWN!

3.  If you accept delivery of the product like a go kart, and when you take it out of the box and try to start it up, and if it does not work, good luck again.  They provide you a 30 day standard warranty on parts only.  if you take it to a shop to get it fixed, you will have to cover the labor to fix something that did not work when you received it, and you will have to wait 2 weeks for the parts to arrive from them if you call them.  And that is if they ever send you the parts in 2 weeks.  I read 2 ripoff reports about this cimpany and the customer had to fight with this company and wait 7 weeks to get a part for the product that never worked.  SO GOOD LUCK AGAIN!  YOU ARE SCREWED AND ON YOUR OWN!

Their purchase policies are so 1-sided that you, the customer, have no rights at all, and you are on your own.

OK, after reading their policies, I called the company and talked to the sales rep and asked them questions about making a purchase, shipping, cancellation, accepting delivery, warranty, ordering parts, and the sales rep answered all my questions real fast and said if their was something wrong with the go kart, that they would replace it and ship me a new one right away.  No problem, we will take care of you, and so on.  So i was highly suspicious and told him that everything he said was the opposite than what was stated on their policies on their website.  he then immediately just transfered me to a supervisor.

So when i asked the supervisor why the sales rep told me the opposite, he became very mad, angry, extremely hostile, rude, and flat out told me "I dont think we want to do business with you, we dont want a customer like you!"  I told him that before I paid them $2000, I had a right to know the truth about their policies and if they were going to take care of me after the sale.  And he was still very hostile and rude to me as a new customer, and he hung up on me.

Be very wise and careful before you make a purchase with this company.

Ask them questions about their policies.  if they are rude and hostile, you probably do not want to buy from them.

Don't pay by check or ACH, because then you will never get your money back.

ALWAYS pay by credit card, because you can always do a chargeback on the purchase if they do not provide you service after the sell, fix problems with the product if it does not work, and so on.  it will be very difficult for them to fight chargebacks with their credit card company.

if you do buy from them, and if the product does not work, it is very difficult for you to get them to fix the problem, then you will go through months doing the following:

1.  Contacting them dozens of times on the phone to get them to cooperate with you to fix the problem.

2.  You will have to pay all labor costs to fix something.

3.  You will have to wait weeks or months to get parts.

4.  You wont be able to get your money back, they would deduct 30% plus shipping and fright if you do get them to agree.

5.  And lastly, if you still dont get any help, and you have a big chunk of metal in your garage that does not work, you will spend alot of time, money, and months filing a civil lawsuit, finding the owners name of the company, finding the owners home address, hiring a detective to serve them papers to appear in court, hiring an attorney to represent you, showing up in court which will take a day, and if you win, it will take you more months to actually collect the money, and will have to get the judge and sherrif involved again to go to their bank and seize their bank for the amount you won in court.

If any one is worried they should only purchase with a creddit card. A card with a safty built in for online purchases (mine dose). This helps in unforseen proublems that a consumer may be worried about. Any reputable comapny would not try to not have you pay in a difrent manner. If one dose you may be wise to shop some place else.

I was shopping for a scooter when I came across this company's website, saferwholesale.com when I read this rip off report. After further investigation, I found that the Illinois attorney General is suing this company for FRAUD!!! I am a customer of theirs they were very nice on the phone when I ordered my sons atv. I got it promptly to my door in texas as they said it would. I then received my title and bill of sale 2 weeks later as they said and I would refer them to anyone I had no problem paying with my credit card at all and they were amazing when they spoke to my son also to assure him the order was placed. One bad experience should not ruin a company's reputation by any means. I believe they are a great company.

Repeated hang up calls and craig jackson insulted me

 I inquired online about a shed/carport type product. I received a call from Saferwholesale representative from  815-531-3501, I spoke to a gentleman who tried to upsell the sale product I inquired about. I inquired about the financing due to the higher cost at which time I was told that no one really gets approved and for the few that do the interest costs are too high. At that time I declined the sale. I advised that I was not interested and did NOT want the product.

That same day, not even 5 minutes later, my phone rang; hang up call number 1. The calls kept coming. As soon as I would answer, the caller would hang up. The numbers came in from 2 numbers 815-531-3501 and 815-531-3504. The follwoing day, many more repeated hang up calls.I called the number back and spoke to a male, I advised of the repated calls and to NOT call me again, I then requested to speak to a manager. Craig gets on the phone and assured me that they would remove my name and will NOT call me ever again.

3 minutes later, the calls start again. I call back, spoke to male, advised I asked them not to call me, explained my conversation with Craig, again , asked for a manager, I was transfered back to Craig yet again.

At that time, Craig told me, that "what are you mad because you do not have any teeth in your mouth" he repeated this several times about not having teeth. I indicated that I was going to report the harrassing behavior and he stated that there was nothing that I could do and continued to insult me calling me stupid as well as a few other choice words. He continued to use obscentities, question my intelligence as well as the continued harrassment with the calls. 

This company is not a professional company to do business with.

 I am currently in limbo with your company on a livingroom set I had purchased. And after a month, no word from anybody and no delivery to my home. I called to see what was going on only to find out this living room set has been supposively discontinued, but. (Oh of course there's a but.)..but there's almost one exactly like it. But....(yes, another but...) its $200 more. Nope I say. I want my money back. I have to email customer service to ask for my money back you say. So I email. No response for almost three weeks. So i call....again. I speak to someone who was suppose to be a manager and all he can tell me when I ask why I haven't receeived a response is 'I don't know'. Ugh hello!!! So I ask about why the living room set is still on your sight if it was discontinued. 'I don't know' he said again. Does he know anything? He told me to send the email again. I ask if I can talk to someone in customer service over the phine. He said no, there isnt. I chose a few colorful words for him and said I'd send the email again and i give it two weeks before i take some sort of legal action. Its been over two weeks and I still havent received a response. Well....SO YOU KNOW....I just called and asked about my livingroom set pretended to be interested in it since its still on your we page. I asked if it was in stock and oh my god.... it is! go figure. THANK YOU CRAIG FROM SALES. YOU WERE SO HELPFUL on that. I recorded that convo just so you know. And I'm going to take great pleasure when I sue you to get my money back. Thank you and have a nice day!!!!

Customer Service is a joke as is Saferwholesale

I purchased a kids bounce house from Saferwholesale. Problem was they sent the wrong bounce house. I contacted customer service, escalated it up to the sales manager and was never given an apology or an exchange. I tracked down the middle man that Saferwholesale uses for their bounce houses and found out the item I wanted was out of stock and they had told Saferwholesale as much yet they went ahead and sent the wrong item. More disturbing part was the middle man sold the same item on ebay for $300 less and also offered free shipping instead of the $100+ Saferwholesale charged me. I blame myself for not doing enough research to discover the massive mark up Saferwholesale put on the bounce house. 

Almost more comical or pathetic as part of their online sales pitch they have the item with a list price of $1,319 Our Price 1,119 and Columbus Day Sales Price of only $819 + shipping !!! Sounds awesome right ??? Except you can buy the same bounce house on line all day long for $459 with free shipping.

I ended up donating the incorrect Bounce House that Saferwholesale sent me and purchased the correct item on line for $300 cheaper. I will say having lived all over the world and purchased tens of thousands of dollars worth of goods via the internet, Saferwholesale is the only company that has ripped me off.

Thought about that ugly experience enough today to write about it as I am purchasing yet another bounce house for my sons birthday in a few weeks for he and his friends to play on and while looking on line saw the saferwholesale link next to the item I am purchasing for $300 cheaper with free shipping. Word to the wise, if you are thinking about purchasing from Saferwholesale ?? do some more research and find out where they get the item you are looking for from. You can buy it cheaper with better customer service if you track down the actual manufacturer or the distributor. Saferwholesale is just a sales organization trying to make as much money as possible on an item you can find for much cheaper.

buy not refunding money ...because you guys know if you had to refund the monies you take..you guys would not make the money you say you make..1,000,000 in sales a yr...YOU GUYS ARE RIPOFFS..YOU GUYS LOVE TO TAKE MY COMMENTS OFF YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE..BTW..I REPORTED YOU TO THEM ALSO...i refuse to get stuck with a 3000 paper..i wont come out my pocket to repair what shouldn'thave broken in the first place...you guys have over 50!!! read it my friend 50 comments about not buying from you guys..i have 6 other guys that were gonna purchase from you guys..i sent them all tour competitors

As you stated anyone interested in purchasing should stay clear from this company. I ordered a scooter (Sicily 50cc 6HP ) in May, 2011 and they sent me a completely different lower grade model (different color, style and smaller engine). It doesn't look anything like the scooter advertised online. They sent a ZNEN 4HP scooter. They refused to return it. The sales manager, Jay Yunger finally agreed to price match it (as the scooter received was priced much lower on every site I pulled it up on) and also send a couple helmets as the scooter we got was baby blue (I ordered the blue advertised online). Needless to say I never received anything Jay promised and sent numerous emails after that and he did not respond. Finally I called him and he said he wasn't going to send me anything-the accounting department was supposed to take care of the check and the helmets were out of stock and he hung up on me. When I called again in October they said he no longer worked there but to send an email to customer service. I must have sent 20 emails easy-no response. I have been trying to sell this scooter ever since. Do not buy from this company-there are many others out there that don't lie, cheat and steal your money. They try to blame their mistakes on the freight company or put it back on you. Yes, ALWAYS read the fine print. They will not return a thing-even if they are to blame.

I purchased an item and then was called to say it was out of stock, but a BETTER item would be shipped.  I received the other item and it was far inferior to what I had ordered.  I informed your company that I did not get what I received and was basically told "too bad...it's yours now." 

I filed a complaint with my credit card and was denied because the invoice (which was sent to the credit card company, NOT me) stated no returns.  I took my case to court was denied because of the "no return" policy.  My credit card company finally gave me my money back.

You folks are liars and crooks!!!

I am a consumer. I made a purchase. Last night and called 10 minutes later to cancel my order and the person who answered the phone told me that I would have to so much. As he was an able to make refunds. 

So I called back in the morning only to find out that they were going to keep 30% of my purchase price. I was told that this information is in the terms and conditions. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this fact.

So on my purchase. I would lose $97. I do not see how they can justify such a huge ripoff for doing absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no way that they should not be able to retract an order of little more than 24 hours for free.

My God, if that's not a ripoff. I could not tell you what is. Is deplorable, and definitely not with the consumer in mind. It's truly disgusting with the economy the way it is that they would take advantage of their customers.

They tried to blame their supplier, who they claim will not refund the money that they've already paid without 30% processing fee. Who does business this way today in this poor economy. If they can't seem to find somebody to simply take an order out of the computer, which is their job, without charging a fee, then I think they should find a new supplier.

They tried to tell me. They make thousands of sales, weekly. With that kind of buying power. They should have no problem finding a new supplier or making the current one, play fairly. By not charging a fee for products. They have not yet shipped.
