I BOUGHT A MOBILITY SCOOTER FROM THE COMPANY.WHEN IT GOT HERE IT WAS NO GOOD.SO I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM.THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A NEW ONE.THEY NEVER DID.THIS WAS SIX MONTHS AGO.I HAVE EVEN ASK FOOR MY SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR DOLLARS BACK AND THEY WILL NOT SEND IT.THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OFF CROCKS.THEY HAVE STOLE MY MONEY AND I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I AM DISABLED AND CAN NOT AFFORD A LAWER.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, or grant refunds, we do always ensure our customers have their correct and fully working product. We do this through the parts warranty on the unit, and working with the customer and the manufacturer together. This customer would just need to work with our parts and warranty department to correct any of the issues that they might be experiencing. We are a fully functioning dealership, and we do always assist our customers under their terms of purchase.
