Saferwholesale Inc Great Sports Inc. Brken wind guard on shippment Joliet Illinois

On Marchder a Tiger Trike ( which is really an Ice Bear motorcycle). I was told 4 to 6 weeks to deliveryWhen May came and no motorcycle was delivered I contacted the company (which can only be done by email to cutomer service) I was sent to backorders who gave me one excuse after another of why it was not here. I contacted the Better Business Bureau after I request a refund which Saferwholesale does not allow. Of course Saferwholesale did not respond tothe BBB email concerning my dispute with them. Finally, I sent a certified letter to Gary Briden the CEO complaining bitterly about his company and their treatment of me. He did not have the courtesy to contact me personally. He had  backorder contact me again and fortunately Dan called me and kept me in the loop from the middle of July until Aug 1st when my Triger Trike finally arrived. 

On August 6th I notified cusotmer service the wind guard was broken in shippment. I also notified the shipping company. A UPS tracking number was issued by customer service but as of this date it has not been used to ship me a new wind guard. I have emailed customer service a number of times with no responce. I have emailed support and have not received any responce from them as well.

I would not recommend this comapny to anyone. 

I will know be writing to the Govenor of Illinois complaining about this comapny.
