Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Co. Great-West Retirement Services Extreamely poor service, very difficult to get retirement forms, conflicting information Greenwood Village, Colorado

Great-West had be an extremely difficult company to deal with.  I have spent over four hours of my time trying to get the correct forms sent to me and filled in correctly.  The company would not send me the retirement forms.  After two attempts to get the forms I went to my employer.  It took the personel staff half an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send me the forms.  I am of retirement age.  I then called the company and filled out the forms with them.  The forms came back to me saying they had errors.  I called again.  It took another half hour on the phone to get them to agree to distribute the funds.  The distribution they informed me would be in four payments while they paperwork they sent me said three payments.

The frustration I have felt with this company is extreme.  I would not recommend anyone do business with them.  It seemed to me like they were putting up roadblocks to keep me from accessing my money.
