I called to file claim on my sectional, because leather was peeling in a spot. They stall you with emails first, then stall you on phone when you call back. Finally they denied my claim saying the damage was do to a burn, not sure how they can tell that from pics. I called to dispute it and I guess I got the only customer service rep that answers phones and is an expert on leather furniture. She had me wait while she reviewed the photos and then told me the discoloration was from a burn and not covered. Finally she agreed to resubmit the claim and this time it only took three hours for them to deny. They are happy to take your money but no intention to pay for or repair anything.
