We purchased the FLP extended warranty on a futon from Furniture Row/Sofa Mart.  Two months after purchasing, the fabric was tearing at the seams and thus unravelling. My son uses the futon. He weighs only 70 lbs. so it is obviously not from weight. Furniture Row/Sofa Mart promptly replaced the futon.  Second futon arrives.  Fabric begins to stretch at seams and thus began unravelling again.  Seams now ripping out. Fabric beginning to form holes.  Stuffing underneath now exposed.  Furniture Row/Sofa Mart gives me the number to call on our FLP Warranty through Great White Bottling inc.  I call and file a claim.  Send pictures.  They request more pictures.  Send more pictures and more explanations.  Confirm claim several times.  After MANY emails and completing every request about the tears and cause and faulty fabric...claim denied.  They say this is "normal wear and tear" on an 8 month old futon that is only slept on by a 70 lb. child with sheets protecting the fabric.  This is not "normal" for fabric to tear multiple times on the replaced futon in the exact same spots with NO rough use.  Great White Bottling Inc. is a scam company!

Follow up:  I contacted Furniture Row/Sofa Mart and explained our situation.  We are repeat customers and will continue to purchase furniture from them because they have agreed to replace the futon.  BUT, I will never ever again purchase an exended warranty from Great White Bottling Inc. They are a scam warranty company deny everyones claims repeatedly.  Most likely a shell corporation.  Fake and scam artists.
